So when I expand it I have this - And when I right-click and 'Add Reference...' the reference manager is empty

I'm fairly new to C# so this may be a stupid question. I'm working with a class library in Visual Studio and need to add a reference but there's no Reference node in solution explorer. Is there something wrong in my setup?
