Access list of people in other systems

Hi.

I have a system that should get information from persons according to is location.

For example:

each new location have a diferent HR system.
i need to consult the HR system according to is location/parameter.

Someone talked with me to use interfaces. How?

Your question is too vague I'm afraid. Please provide a more detailed explanation of what you're trying to achieve. Are you talking about migrating data from disparate data sources into a single database? Creating an application with multiple data sources? Something else? If you want to get data out of an existing system then how you do it will depend heavily on that system.
