After 2019 is it almost impossible to get First Job?

Hello I have read that after the quarantine many people studied programming and the market has become saturated with juniors or traineers...how do you see it in your job? thanks.

The southeastern Virginia has jobs for all levels. I think that the thing is the openings are remaining open because they don't want remote or hybrid workers. They want in office workers. And most of them are contracts rather than full-time.
