AI To Maximize a Value (Sales)

I am looking for an AI that can be run locally for free. We want to maximize a float. We want to look into the possibility of increasing our clients sales revenue using AI in our point of sale system. I tried to find a tensor flow that is pre-trained to maximize a value, but I have not found anything yet.

Do you really need an AI, or do you just need to do some mathematical optimization like the Simplex Method?
