CSOM DTD error

hi, we have an urgent problem in c# with csom connecting to SharePoint online-
we keep getting this error by the clientContext.ExecuteQuery(); DTD is not permitted in this XML document for security reasons

What can it be?

Are you passing a CAML query as part of trying to load that list?
