form showdialog problem

Hello i´m having one problem, im trying when i click in the button to go another form, it go to a simple form (print)

Please post your code in code tags, not a screenshot of your code. It is very hard to read code in screenshots, specially on small devices like phones. Also having code as text makes it easier for us to respond with corrections, and/or copy and paste into a text editor or IDE to do more extensive testing or modifications.

As for why your Form8 is blank we can't really tell you since you have not shown us the code for what is supposed to render the contents of the form.

I resolved the problem creating new form .__.
