Question how to link my xamarin app to the database in phpmyadmin using xampp ?

the error is : MySqlConnector.MySqlException: 'Connect Timeout expired.'

What connection string are you using to try to connect to the MySql server? Is the server exposed on the same network as the Xamarin app (including poking holes in firewalls where necessary)?
