Of course. But one language you need at least for creating. So if I want to create only with C#, how well I need to be at C#?

C# is easy. It only takes an average person about 6 months to learn. With your 150 IQ, 1 month should be more than enough.

It's the art programming that's hard. That takes a lifetime of constantly practicing and learning.

To create your own crypto currency, the hard part is designing something secure and robust. Programming and programming languages only come into play when it is time to implement the design.

You can create a crypto currency on any language. Why would the language be an issue? I recommend C++, I can even recommend you a dedicated forum for those type of questions.

If you're even asking a question like that, creating your own crypto currency should be the last thing on your mind. You need to understand the mathematics behind it first. If you're asking that question, you won't be creating anything useful in that area for many years, if ever.
