Looking for audio/video streaming solution.

Hi all!
I'm looking for a not too complicated solution to implement audio/video streaming between two clients.
One client will be on an Android smartphone (on Xamarin) and the other on a Windows desktop (on WPF).
I found open source solution the WebRTC, but I can't get it to work.
Please any ideas...
