Need upvotes on a VSCode issue

Hello everybody,

I'd like to ask for some upvotes (12 are required at this point) for the VSCode issue that would result in improved experience for those who often commit to the repository using GUI. Current experience is very suboptimal, especially for developers older in age. I think it's worth clicking thumbs up, so this is my ask for you...

Perhaps I am missing. If the you just need to speed up getting to the commit box, just press Ctrl-Shift-G.

Well it's not about the speed and keyboard shortcut, it's about improving the crippled user interface in VSCode. Thanks.

Okay, but point 1 was about how hard it is to get to the tool palette with a mouse and getting into the text field. Just by pressing Ctrl-Shift-G, you get the keyboard focus directly where you want it without even taking your hands aways from the keyboard.
