Publish to Google Play

I have Visual Studio 2022 (17.2) I recently updated to this minor version of Visual Studio (not sure if that's part of my issue). When publishing the Android app package to the Google Play store, I usually have two options "Ad Hoc" and "Google Play" in my Archive Manager. However, the "Google Play" option button is disabled. I don't know what I need to do to enable it again. Any thoughts on what I can try?
