Your request is way too vague. Of course we can help but with what exactly? You need to be specific about what you're trying to achieve, how you're trying to achieve it and what happens when you try. If you know nothing more than "a sleep calculator" then it's not really a programming problem yet because you've got the design phase to do first, which includes the high-level logic of how the app works. You need to tell us that, not the other way around.
