Suggestions about career as a Junior .NET Developer

Hello all . First of all I would like to thank you for your time reading this post. I am in the end of my studies and I started looking for a job as a .NET Developer but I can't seem to land a job. I've been sending resumes to various companies but most of the time I don't even get a response and I'm starting to lose hope. I spent the last 2 years trying to improve my resume as much as possible (internship, freelancing , Microsoft certifications) but it seems its not enough. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Do you have any suggestions?
