Taskbar reorder

How can I get Taskbar buttons list in Windows 10? I need to reorder some tabs to set them in logical order.

The original design of Windows 8 (and up) was that the Taskbar buttons were not meant to be programmatically accessible so that there would not be any taskbar wars with apps automatically adding themselves to the taskbar or moving themselves closer to the Start button. Obviously programmers have found a way around those restrictions, but officially, you are supposed to let the user arrange stuff as they please.
