We are Greenheart Games, creators of Game Dev Tycoon, and we are looking for a experienced Unity developer to help us create Game #2, our latest PC simulation game.
You are a seasoned Unity pro with at least two years' experience, in addition to at least five years of solid C# software engineering and a proven habit of getting things done. Ideally you have a wide variety of skills and provable experiences in many areas of game programming (algorithms, AI, game mechanics, performance tuning, UX polish, animation integration etc.).
You are passionate about implementing solutions not just in a clever way but with the player/user experience in mind. You don?t over-engineer and know when good becomes good enough. You have a clear drive to make tangible progress while keeping code clean and maintainable. You have a calm analytical mind and are a skilled and efficient debugger.
We are a cross-continent operation. Working remotely via the internet across time zones is not something we do occasionally, it is how we operate. To us, it doesn?t matter where you are or when you work, what matters is what you can do.
