Way to play audio from Youtube Video OR MP4 link

Hi, I need a way to play a audio from a youtube video without ADs and without Autoplay next video ... I was using WebBrowser hidden to navigate to the video URL, but if there is an AD then the AD sound will play, and when the video ends it will automatically change to other video.
Is there any way??

It can also be to reproduce audio from URL, I got the link to download the video, tried with Windows Media Player but it doensnt load the URL.

Any idea? thanks
