What kind of project did you select when you were creating the solution and project?
What are you expecting to see in that dialogue in the first place? You are looking under the Projects node so all you're going to see are other projects that you can reference. Why would winform assemblies be there to start with? How about you provide us with the FULL and CLEAR explanation of the problem that you should have in the first place, instead of just a title and a picture? Explain EXACTLY what you're trying to achieve, how you're trying to achieve it, what you expect to happen and what actually happens?
