why visual studio emulator does not appear in visual studio

I've installed the visual studio emulator for android. But once I run the application, it does not appear and cant find it in visual studio and just I can see the android emulator!
What is wrong?

Can you be more explicit with what you are asking for? Visual Studio Emulator for what? As far as I know, there is no Visual Studio Emulator for Visual Studio.

I'm trying to add the visual studio emulator for android apps to xamarin. But it does not appear in the start debugging section. Maybe it's a bug in visual studio 2019!

This feels like a repeat of your other thread regarding HAXM.

Other people have the same problem. This problem did not exist in version 1017.
But now I use the Android SDK emulator and couldn't find an answer to this issue.
