Question AI hint?

Should a AI interface be in console UI or a more interactive one? i am a new comer so please elaborate if possible.

It should be in whatever is appropriate for the task. The simple fact that it's an AI doesn't dictate the UI. If you think that a back and forth conversation in text is appropriate the a Console app will do the job. If you think that a point-and-click interface is more appropriate then create a GUI.
