Question Charting / Graphing

Good Day! I am currently doing my thesis and I want to incorporate windows 8 task manager graph style with it or just the concept of continuously drawing lines on my graph . The problem is how do I do that? I have search the internet but can't find the right answers. Attach below is the desired look or concept I want to attain. Thank you for your help.

You can either use the Chart control that comes with VS or, if you want to draw a graph manually on the form or on a control (preferably a PictureBox) then you can do that with GDI+.
