I don't understand why you think it should. Blue is for language keywords and green is for type names. Variable and member names are neither of those things so they don't turn either of those colours.
As well as moving this thread to a more appropriate forum, I have changed the title to something meaningful. The original title told us nothing useful because everyone who posts wants help. The title should summarise the topic of the thread, so that we know what to expect without having to open it.
They are white because they are named objects/methods. You can change these colors in Visual Studio => Options => Fonts and colors, but I don't recommend changing these as it may cause confusion.
The behaviour is quite normal and that's how it's meant to look by default, as already explained above.
