i am doing museum management system for my windows form application ,now i doing coding for my register function.

There was a lot wrong with your post. Firstly, you provided a meaningless title. The title should summarise the issue without our having to read any further. Secondly, none of the code you posted is relevant to the question. It's just the designer code. If the code doesn't relate directly to the issue, don't post it. Finally, the question itself shows a distinct lack of thought on the problem. For instance, where is the data going to be stored? If it's going to be stored in a database, have you created a database and done some research on how to access data in a database? The work is yours to do and we can help with things that are too hard rather than things that are too much trouble. I'm more than happy to help but I expect that you'll do all you can to help yourself first.
