Criando Coluna no DataGrid

Bom dia Pessoal. Estou povoando um dataGrid e no momento da Povoação crio uma nova coluna de checagem checked. Quando eu vou varrer o DataGrid eu verifico se a linha esta selecionada ou não. porém, está dando um erro. Alguém poderia me ajudar, pois, não estou conseguindo resolver.

From what I can see from the CheckStateEnum, the valid values are: Checked, Unchecked, and Indeterminate. From that exception it looks like the string being parsed is False.
