crystal report change paper type?

Hi Experts, I am using my crystal report for my accountings that all are set for A4 print but i want to set one report for rollpaper printer which cause problem for me , when i click on print it prints 1-2 meters long blank print first and at the bottom gives me the right content . Can you help me to set this report or advise me how can i resolve this , print preview for this reports shows nothing blank paper in the header .
