Cursor problem

I have problem with typing.. In that picture above you can see grey blinking cursor, and if I would try to type something it would delete letter in front of it, how can I fix it, because it's very annoying.. Anyone? Thanks

Does the same thing happen in other applications? It looks like you've simply pressed the Insert key on your keyboard.

It's got to be the insert key. try clicking it and see if the cursor changes to an I bar.
