First step is to understand the file format, the layout structure inside the file, do you have a link for that?

I see they support both .Net 4.5+ and .Net Core 1.0+, which type of app are you writing for?
As for the dll, it's a self contained thing that all you will need to do is import it into the project (reference it) then use it like any other class in your app, I'm downloading the .Net 4.5+ dll to see what's in it but since I don't have any epub files I have no way to test it, someone would have to upload (zipped) a file if any of use here are to help further.

I writing c# windows form. all i need simple c# source to read and mark line ePub file.

i can extract html from epub file. how can i show this content to user that can resize font, change font or mark line ?
