About this Position:
Riverbed Technology is the IT infrastructure performance company. The Riverbed family of wide area network (WAN) optimization solutions liberates businesses from common IT constraints by increasing application performance, enabling consolidation, and providing enterprise-wide network and application visibility -- all while eliminating the need to increase bandwidth, storage or servers. The primary responsibility for this role is to manage and resolve unique innovative technical issues in an SDWAN / WAN Optimization or cloud IT infrastructure environment for our clients in an agile innovative solution portfolio. A detailed understanding of TCP/IP and network management technologies is essential for this role. The position is based in Bracknell.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with TCP/IP packet flow analysis
- Experience with a Linux or Windows environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and engineers
- Knowledge of web application architecture
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Knowledge of operating systems and system administration
- Ability to use and troubleshoot enterprise web application programming environments such as Java/JEE and C#/.NET.
