Rusada are recruiting for the position of senior .net developer in Banbury (and/or remote working) and developers (UK, India etc) to work with a global company with 25 years heritage.
The Role: Senior .NET Developer
You will be joining a new UK innovation team driving forward the future of our software offerings.
·As such, you’ll be required to:
-Facilitate the development of a new .NET5 Web API for use by mobile and web applications;
-Reverse engineer existing legacy functionality;
-Research, design, develop and maintain enhancements to existing and new software;
-Mentor junior members of staff;
-Promote good practice and coding standards.
Essential Skills Required:
-Sound knowledge of C# .NET development (minimum 5 years)
-Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET and MVC
-Experience of Entity Framework
-Strong SQL Server skills
-Experience of RESTful API design
-Familiarity with JavaScript MVVM frameworks such as Knockout.js.
-Test driven development
-Adherence to SOLID principles
-Experience in Azure services and DevOps
Desirable Skills Required:
-Exposure to .NET5
-Experience in Swagger
-Experience with Xamarin
-Experience in Reverse Engineering
