How do i creat a program that convert a inputted decimal to the closest integer?

I've been reading my schoolbook for an answer to how to creat this but there is nothing of it to explain how i should do to convert it.

The question in the book is.

Enter a decimal number: 11,534 the decimal number 11,534 is rounded to the integer 12

I'm going crazy over this because nothing i've been trying has worked.

If you want further control with the rounding you can use Math.Round() which will give you a double then convert that to the Integer type.
