how to change the default size of the form

I have a form that FormborderStyle is none put it, after I create forms like resizing the original form, but its default size does not change when scaled
how to change the default size of the form?

I'm not really quite sure what you're asking. If you want to make the form a specific size then you set its Size property. It's that simple. What exactly are you doing now, what do you expect to happen and what does happen? I see your screenshots but I'm just not quite sure what they are supposed to mean.
