How to Change time format in japanese language

Hi

My Current Culture is set to Japanese Language
model.Time = dt.ToString("h:mm tt"); this gave me resutlt "09:00 午前"

Expected Result- "09:00 AM"

Japanese AM/PM get added due to culture set to Japanese Langauge
How can i convert this to english format?

Is there any format which will take english format as default irrespective of any other culture defined?

You can specify a CultureInfo to use for ToString operation: DateTime.ToString Method (System)

Also I bring up the point now so that the OP can start researching more before asking their follow up question: in addition to the various cultures available, there is also the "invariant" culture that is also available.

Is the OP really looking for one of the "English" cultures or the "Invariant" culture?
