How to start to create mp4 class?

I want to create my own mp4 class to modify file details(Title,comments,author etc.), but I don't know how to start. Could you expert help me? thank you.

I recommend you don't reinvent the wheel. Seek a wheel that exists, for example:

If you do want to work on wheels, and find already invented wheels lacking in some way, it would perhaps be better for mankind to contribute to improving existing wheels rather than developing another competing wheel

If at the end of all that consideration, you're still of firm mind that a new wheel is needed, you'll have a lot of experience in how to create one that doesn't have the drawbacks of existing wheels.. but do make sure they're actually real problems that bite people every day, in the name of progress
