http network request

On this web link Compose and send web API requests using the Network Console tool - Microsoft Edge Developer documentation
It shows Create a Request. On step two. I don't have that on mine, it's just blank. Is there another way to do create request? Or what am I missing?

The following steps get more complicated. I was able to create a request by first adding a collection, then right-click it and select "create request", but the page to configure is blank for me:

Thanks John, I guess nobody uses it. I have http to C# conversion that I can put in VS. But because of he small amount of commands I have for the kit I'm using I was just going to use that. And I was hoping I could get a better idea of how http works. Anyway appreciate the checking it out.
