Is there a forum for the Micro-Cap Spice Electronic Simulator?

There are no forums on this site dedicated to specific third-party tools, so no. There is almost certainly at least one more general forum on which you could post questions about this tool, but I can't tell you which one as I don't know what that tool is and I won't be looking it up for myself.

To clarify, Micro-Cap is an exceptional electronic design simulator (SPICE). I started using Micro-Cap in 2001 (Emerson).

Electronic prototypes perform exactly the same as the Micro-Cap simulator. Breadboarding is no longer needed.

I continue to encourage college students to use Micro-Cap. It is more affordable now as it is free (used to cost $4,000). Plus, students can install it on their home computer.

I cannot find any Micro-Cap forums. It would be good if there were a forum.

A C# member might know how to knit a scarf too, but that doesn't mean that asking knitting questions on a C# forum is OK. Please stick to questions on the topic of the forum you post in and nothing else.
