Listview issue

I am fairly new to c# but I am a fast learner and I am having a issue with a listview.

Data is added via text boxes and then saved into a access db then at the same time the data is displayed in a listview

I have the information loading on form load fine but when I add its not inputting the ip of the new record

Firstly, what does "ip" mean? Do you mean IP address? It's a good idea to say that then. I see nothing in that code that appers to be referring to an IP address or anything else that might be referred to as an "ip" so I can't see any reason that you would be surprised that such a value wouldn't be "input". You might also actually explain what "input" means. Do you mean in the ListView or in the database or something else. Please provide a FULL and CLEAR description of what you expect to happen and how that differs from what you see happen. If we have to guess then it's a big waste of everyone's time.

Also, if it was me, I would do things quite differently. I would use a DataGridView instead of a ListView. I would bind a DataTable to that grid and add my data to that, so it appears in the grid first. I would then use a data adapter to save all the changes to the database in a batch.
