I am using visual studio 2019 and crystal report. I am getting 'Load report failed' message when no of report viewed by the user reached 75.
when i delete file from c:\windows\temp folder it work properly. This means IIS worker process is not releasing the object, How to release crystal report object from IIS worker process.

Restart the app pool.

Restarting the pool will disconnect all the users. Currently i am doing the same thing. When we changed the server the problem has started. on the new server we installed crystal report version 13.0.4000.0. Earlier version was 13.0.2000.0

You didn't ask how to free the memory without disconnecting users. You simply asked how to free up the memory.

I would suggest contacting Crystal Reports support for help regarding memory leak that seems to be tied to the version being used.
