Resolved more than one entry point?

Hi
I am having this error.

CS0017 C# Program has more than one entry point defined. Compile with /main to specify the type that contains the entry point.​

I do not use C# often so I am not sure what has happened?

Please post your code in code tags. It's hard to read code on a screenshot, and furthermore, we can't scroll through the screenshot to see the rest of your code to see where the potential other entrypoint maybe at.
