Vertical scroll bars with colors and magnification

I noticed that in the 2019 version and I think even the 2022 version they added some type of code magnifier with colors on the left scroll bar and the right scroll bar. I know you can shut the vertical scroll bar off, but those colors remain. I wish the colors could also be removed, but I don't think they can be removed.

And Visual Studio 2019 has no Send to Desktop shortcut option. I got mine pinned to the taskbar, but I would like it on the desktop too, but there is no option for that. Odd.

I figured out a way to get the icon on the desktop.

Yes I saw that article. The colors like on the left side will remain though. I was just wondering if there was a way to disable all colors on the left and the right, but I don't think there is. Oh well. I will get used to it I'm sure.

Are you talking about the line markers on the left side of the editing area? Those are not scrollbars.
