wwDataBinder gives me error with visual studio 2010

i am using "wwDataBinder" asp.net Control in a page using visual studio 2005. But when i upgraded the site to visual studio 2010, all the "wwDataBinder" gives me the same error "could not load file or assembly 'wwDataBinder, Version=1.0.2640.10678, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies.The system connot find the file specified"

any help please
