Hello fellow Authors.

Here at CSharpForums.Net - we would like you to know that we value your contributions and time taken to submit your press releases, publications and articles of masterpieces on our website. We love reading your innovative material for products you've published, and represent, this includes articles and publications on your upcoming or already published products. Your content is important to us, and that is why we are now requiring all future publications to follow our new set of guidelines. Articles that do not follow this new criteria of guidelines will not be published or may even be removed for breaching these new guidelines. We have now put in place the following set of procedures to help reduce the number of spam articles submitted to our websites Vendor Announcement section. The guidelines now prohibit one liner articles, and we will address the do's and do nots for you below.

Note: Any articles posted on this forum with links to websites that work off of a paywall or pay-to-view type system such as Medium.Com. Authors are now required to post your full article on our website. - Only then may you link to your source or paywall system.


GUIDELINES FOR POSTING VENDOR ANNOUNCEMENTS
#1.0 Article Submission Guidelines
  • 1.1~ Articles must be written clearly and precise with regards to what they are evidently meant to represent.
  • 1.2~ Articles must be written in English, and English only.
  • 1.3~ Articles must be descriptive of what they represent.
  • 1.4~ Articles must be titled appropriately with titles that reflect your product or reflect the nature of your articles content or product therein.

#2.0 Article Posting Procedures
  • 2.1~ Articles must contain more than six hundred characters. This is the equivalent to a two paragraph article.
  • 2.2~ Articles may contain links to other related content even if they are links to a paywall or pay-to-view system, providing said link does not link directly to the source of your current article.
  • 2.3~ Articles may only link to original source articles of a paywall or pay-to-view system at the end of your publication; ie for the purposes of linking to the original source of your article.
  • 2.4~ Articles must be structured correctly. If your article contains images, videos, or diagrams. Those particulates must not be linked to, and they must be embedded into your article just as you have done on your source article.
  • 2.5~ Articles with links to images, video, or other multimedia content; are required to be properly embedded into your post before publishing it.
  • 2.6~ Articles consisting of code, must be enclosed in code blocks [CODE=csharp] Put Your Code Here Between These Tags [/CODE]

#4.0 Possible Resulting Actions For Violating The Guidelines And Procedures
  • 4.1~ Under Article Submission Guidelines (1.1) - Articles may be removed by moderator discretion.
  • 4.2~ Under Article Submission Guidelines (1.2) - Articles will be removed, and you will be notified of the reason.
  • 4.3~ Under Article Submission Guidelines (1.3) - Articles may be removed by moderation discretion if they do not appear to portray what they are meant to.
  • 4.4~ Under Article Submission Guidelines (1.4) - Articles may be removed or your title edited pending the discretion of the reviewing moderator.
  • 4.5~ Article Posting Procedures (2.1) - Articles breaching this procedure will be either removed or moved to Articles of Interest pending the discretion of the reviewing moderator.
  • 4.6~ Article Posting Procedures (2.2) - Articles breaching this procedure will result in all links in your article to a paywall system being removed, and you will be notified by the acting moderator.
  • 4.7~ Article Posting Procedures (2.3) - Articles breaching this procedure will result in all links in your article to a paywall system being removed, and you will be notified by the acting moderator.
  • 4.8~ Article Posting Procedures (2.4) - Articles breaching this procedure will result in your article being edited, corrected or removed pending the discretion of the reviewing moderator.
  • 4.9~ Article Posting Procedures (2.5) - Articles breaching this procedure will result in your article being edited, item particulates embedded for you or your article may be removed pending the discretion of the reviewing moderator.
  • 4.10~ Article Posting Procedures (2.6) - Articles breaching this procedure will result in your article being edited and code blocks inserted for you. You will be notified by the reviewing moderator. Future violations will result in your article being removed.

NOTE : Moderators and CSharpForums Staff reserve the right to make all final decisions regardless what is outlined in 4.0. All authors are requested to ensure all future submitted articles fall inline with these new guidelines.
