Problem deploying to my company's domain - "buildproviders"

I encounter a problem copying all of my files (WebApplication) into my company's domain name using FileZilla. When I test my company's domain address, it says "The element 'buildProviders' cannot be defined below the application level".

From what I google the internet, it says it has to do with IIS Manager but I use Visual Studios 2008 with MYSQL - C# aspx to run localhost without IIS and it worked. Without creating report rdlc and MYSQL, I copy the "Hello World" file into my company's domain and it worked. Then when I created report rdlc and MYSQL, it does not work with my company's domain although it supports aspx page.

I guess the problem lies with web.config so need to resolve this part instead of IIS. Am I right? This file - Web.config is placed together with many filenames (Visual C# source files, project file, aspx, rdlc and dataset). Web.config file is not placed outside of the "application name" but it's inside this directory.

Please give me advice. Thanks. Your help will be appreciated.

I decide to try installing IIS 7.5 and then add the web application folder over there then I convert it to Web Application and test localhost using IIS but it does not work -- look at the error picture I upload. So I decide to stop running IIS but I run Visual Studios and then the localhost works. I am supposed to deploy the web applocation over to my company's domain name but it does not work. Btw, I am using .NET 3.5 Framework Visual Studios 2008.

I am not familar with IIS. I am familar with XAMPP. What should I do? Any advise please. Thanks.

When I use IIS manager - to add new website i.e my app development (Visual Studios C# aspx) then I set the version to 4.0 instead of 2.0 then I test running but it shows error -- The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

So I test another website (not my app development) then it works on IIS. So I know it must have to do with my Web.Config. Any idea how can I check Web.Config? I am not familar with XML language. Any advise? Thanks.

The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Error: This error occurs when there is a problem reading the configuration file for the Web server or Web application. In some cases, the event logs may contain more information about what caused this error.

Not sure what kind of error it affects. I have attached web.config scripting and a error message image.

Appreciate your help if you know what's going on. Thanks.

FYI: I am using .NET Framework Version 3.5
