Missing Property

I have followed a lesson on a book to put an image on my form, but it does not work. Dr Google tells me that once the image is added to the project, make sure that the build action property is set to resource. But when I click on the image and go to properties, there is no build action property. What am i doing wrong?

Did you select the item in the Solution Explorer and then open the Properties window? If you didn't, it's probably best to right-click on the Solution Explorer item and select Properties.
