sap crystal report problem with Windows 7 64bit

Hi friends,
I have windows form application with form1 and form2
in form2 i have sap crystal report in crystral report viewer.
I am able to run this on windows 10 platforms with sap crystal report runtime engine
installed. But on windows 7 64 bit, the windows form form1 is opening but form2
is not opening and it shows the unhandled exeption with crystal decisions.dlls related errors.
I have installed sap crystal runtime engine for 64 bit also. But still shows error.
plz give the solution . Is there any other suitable runtime version of sap crystal reports
for windows 7 professional? Also I have developed the c# windows form with visual studio 2019

You do know that Windows 7 is way past out of support?

Anyway, we can try to help you if you give us the exact errors you are getting instead of just a vague description. Is it possible that the DLLs also need some C Runtime DLLs that only happened to be distributed on Windows 10, but not Windows 7?
