Job Description
The Sr. Desktop Support Technician is responsible for analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and providing tier 2 and tier 3 issues escalation support to the internal IT Desktop Support Team.

Required Skills
• Experience managing all types of Active Directory objects through manual and automated means.
• Experience managing IT resources in Microsoft Azure and Office365.
• Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager in patch management, OSD, and software deployments.
Required Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required, but comparable work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 10 years’ total information technology experience.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Helpdesk/Desktop support role, including the deployment/maintenance of desktop hardware with necessary applications installed.
• Microsoft and ITIL certification is desirable.
