Question Problem with my WinForms project

Hello, I have problem with my WinForms application that I cannot solve and that's why I am writing this. The problem is that my controls settings are resetting back to default. The designer file is saving. The problem occurs every time I relaunch Visual Studio. I will attach pictures how it looks like after this happens and how it should look like. I also tried making a backup with everything fixed, but without success. I just don't know what is causing this problem.

How can you fail to make a backup? Please provide a FULL and CLEAR explanation.

If it was me, I would be checking the specific code before closing VS, after closing VS and after opening VS to see exactly if and where the code was changing. It's obviously not normal for VS to automatically change property values for no reason so, if that's what 's actually happening, your VS is broken so you should repair it.
